Welcome to the HiLaw platform. These terms and conditions form the legal agreement governing your use of www.hilaw.sa and all digital platforms, online accounts, tools, products, and services offered by HiLaw.
The platform is operated by Hilaw Company, a Saudi limited liability company (registration number: 7051519945), with its registered address at 8989 Al-Safa, Al-Nahda, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user must have full legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
HiLaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment of dues, or the detection of suspicious activity that threatens the platform's security or user safety.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, keeping a backup of their data, and for all activity that takes place through their account.
Digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties beyond those required by law.
Legal documents and forms are generated based on the inputs provided by the user. HiLaw does not provide legal advice, nor does it verify the accuracy of the data or its suitability for the user's specific circumstances.
The user may use and modify documents for their own purposes; they may not be resold or used for competing commercial purposes.
Independent professional services (such as company formation and trademark registration) are separate from the platform subscription and are subject to independent agreements and specific terms.
The client undertakes to provide correct and complete information and documents. HiLaw reserves the right to refuse any request that violates regulations or raises compliance risks.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the user requests cancellation before the renewal date.
Fees for professional services are paid separately before work begins, in accordance with what is agreed for each service.
Some services rely on external systems and third parties such as government platforms, payment providers, and electronic signature providers. HiLaw is not responsible for any malfunction or outage in these external services.
Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, and in accordance with the privacy policy.
HiLaw disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data resulting from external causes, or failure by any third party.
HiLaw's total liability is, in all cases, limited to the amounts paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent judicial authorities.
Complaints may be submitted via info@hilaw.sa or through the forms available within the platform.
HiLaw commits to reviewing and responding to complaints within 10 business days, with an escalation mechanism to senior management available when needed.
